Akina quickly jumped through the trees as she looked for a place to sleep for
the night.
Akina stopped in the treetops, looked down after picking up a scent."
Some people are near by "Hmm.. I wonder who they are." Akina said out loud to
herself and thought.
She then quickly started jumping towards the direction of the scent, started to
hear voices.
She stopped again not too far off from the people to investigate. As she looked
she noticed they were some friends of hers.
"I should surprise them. This will be fun!" Akina giggled happily as she spied
on them.
"Felina? Stop playing around." Is-klo grunted as he leaned against a tree.
Felina blinked and looked at him. "I need to train more with my naginata
though!? she exclaimed, happily while continuing to swing her naginata around.
"You're going to take off our heads with that thing? You have no skills at all."
Akemi frowned and looked over at Felina. "Why are you always so mean to me
Akemi??" Felina whined and sat down with her naginata beside her.
"Because your so pathetic!" Akemi answered with a light laugh following her
words. Felina began to cry at Akemi's harsh words. "Akemi shut up go to sleep.
Felina calm down." Is-klo he said while sighing and trying to sleep. Felina
stopped crying and curled into a ball on the grass and tried to sleep.
Akina continued to watch them from above moving closer every second. As she got
above Felina and Is-klo she realized they were already asleep. And then noticed
Akemi was still awake and Akina moved even closer on the branches. Suddenly the
branch she was on snapped causing her to plummet to the ground in front of
Akemi. Akemi jumped back in surprise while looking at the thing that fell in
front of her. Akina quickly got up with a huge sweat drop on the back of her
head.
"Uh... Surprise!" Akina smiled nervously as she looked at Akemi. Is-klo and
Felina quickly woke up from the sound of Akina crashing to the ground. "Akina!!"
Felina yelled happily and ran over to Akina, hugged her.
Is-klo sighed with his arms crossed at Akina. "Why the hell are you here?" Is-klo
grunted, while Akemi glared at Akina with displease.
"Well I was just looking for a place to sleep." Akina put her hand behind her
head while feeling awkward. "Fine as long as you don't bug me." Is-klo grumbled
and went back to lay against the tree to sleep. "You're being mean mister!"
Akina stuck her tongue out at Is-klo. "Don't worry about Is-klo he's always like
that as you know." Felina smiled and put her hand on Akina's shoulder and Akina
smiled back.
"Oh great another stupid cat demon." Akemi mumbled out loud. Akina and Felina
glared Akemi. "WHAT WAS THAT?!?!?" Akina snarled at Akemi while pulling out her
gunsens.
"You heard me?? Akemi smirked at Akina to tick her off more. "THAT'S IT!! I'M
GOING TO KILL YOU!!" Akina yelled at Akemi trying to go at her while Felina held
onto Akina?s arm trying to stop her from going after Akemi. Akemi laughed at
Akina.
"GRRR!!" Akina growled, as she pulled Felina on the ground while trying to get
to Akemi. "If you really want to fight me then go ahead!" Akemi smirked while
pulling out her dagger.
"Can you two stop it!! And behave!! Please?" Felina whined loudly while clinging
onto Akina. "Shut the hell up idiot!!!" Akemi yelled at Felina. Felina then
began to cry. "SHUT THE HELL UP!!!" Is-klo yelled as he suddenly woke up from
the noise. They all stopped in their tracks, Is-klo went back to sleep.
"Your lucky, Is-klo stopped me." Akemi glared at Akina. Akina grumbled to
herself and glared back at Akemi. "We should get some rest now!" Felina smiled
and curled up into a ball on the ground. Akina nodded and slept next to Felina,
while Akemi moved over to a tree and sat against it.
Next morning Akina woke up, noticed Is-klo and Akemi weren't there anymore. She
looked over at Felina who was still asleep. "I'll just let her sleep. Now where
could they be?" Akina curiously wondered. She stood up, jumped into the trees
picking up their scents. She then spotted them by a clearing it looked as though
they both just finished hunting. Since Is-klo's arms were filled with a couple
of dead rabbits. She kept herself in the cover of the trees and spied on the
two.
"Is-klo?" Akemi speaks softly, as she puts one of her hands on his shoulder. Is-klo,
stops in surprise of Akemi's actions. He looked back at her with a blank
expression on his face not knowing what to think.
"I need to talk to you..." Akemi said as, she bit her bottom lip not knowing if
she should tell him her feelings. "What about?" Is-klo answered with his ears
raised slightly as he turned to look down at her. Akemi could barely bring
herself to look up into his eyes, as blush streaked her face.
She finally found the courage to tell him, gulped "I.. I... I still?" she softly
tried to speak, but was interrupted by some noise. Is-klo quickly looked around
for the cause of the noise. As Akemi felt frustrated that she couldn't finish
telling Is-klo her feelings. Is-klo then spotted Akina in the tree's above. She
gave Is-klo a slight wave with a nervous expression on her face.
"Uh hi again." Akina smiled, jumped down in front of the two. Akemi crossed her
arms and glared at Akina. "Uh... Sorry if I interrupted anything." Akina sighed.
"Why the hell are you following us?" Akemi growled at Akina.
They all suddenly hear a scream they all stopped what they were doing and
realized it was from Felina, they all ran towards her screaming. As they
approached where they left her, Felina came running to them while screaming,
moving her arms around like a wounded bird.
"What was it, Felina?" Akina grabbed Felina's shoulders, as she questioned her.
"I.. I..t's.. a.. mons..ster" Felina stuttered, as she tried to speak.
"Where's the naginata I bought you?" Is-klo wondered. "Who cares about the
naginata, she?s lucky to be alive. You know how defenseless she is." Akina
answered. Akemi sighed, then looked at them all.
"Well we might as well find out what she's babbling about." Akemi got out her
dagger, started walking towards the direction Felina came from. "Stay with
Felina." Is-klo told Akina, then went off behind Akemi with both of his katanas
out.
Is-klo and Akemi continued to walk in the direction of the beast Felina spoke of
when suddenly they heard crashing noises not far away. Like the sound of trees
being ripped out from the roots, thrown to the ground. "He sounds pretty big,"
Akemi said getting into a fighting stance, dagger in hand. "Yeah, but I'm sure
we can take him," Is-klo replied getting his katanas out.
They stood waiting for the beast to reach them and suddenly the beast went
crashing through the trees in front of them. The beast had rags on its feet and
hands and large teeth coming from its jaw. It had a walking stick to help keep
it from falling. Its hands were big enough to easily rip out the trees in its
way.
"Wind Blade!" Akemi screamed slashing her dagger in the air, watching strong
wind come out of it and knock the beast over. Akemi watched as Is-klo ran to the
beast and tried to stab him through the heart, but the beast was too quick and
managed to knock Is-klo into the trees.
"Is-klo! You'll pay for that you bastard!" Akemi screamed running at the beast.
The beast was once again to quick and pinned Akemi to a tree with his walking
stick choking her. Is-klo noticed this and went charging at the beast.
Felina heard the commotion and looked worried. "That's it I can't just let them
fight alone... They need my help also." Akina said with an angered voice. Akina
then went running quickly towards the fighting. "Felina stay here if anything
happens to us get out of here." she yelled, as she ran. "But....?" Felina let
out, with concern in her voice, holding her naginata tightly.
Akina finally caught up to where they were fighting "Akemi!" she yelled as she
noticed Akemi in danger. Isklo stabbed the beast in the side trying to stay on
top of it to get a better strike at it with his other katana but was quickly
thrown off by the monsters movement.
The monster turned his attention to Isklo, leaving Akemi who passed out because
of the monster choking her with his walking stick. The monster quickly grabbed
Isklo and started putting pressure on him Isklo screamed in pain, coughing up
blood, as he felt the pressure of the monsters hand.
Akina got her gunsen fans out, and jumped onto the beast but was suddenly pushed
back in midair. Akina hit the ground with a crash, losing grip of her gunsens in
the process. "What the hell?!?!? How did that happen?" Akina looked around as
she rubbed her head, she then noticed something or someone in the trees,
whatever it was it looked small to her. She went up into the trees after it.
Felina heard the sounds of her brother's screams in pain "Is-klo!!" Felina
yelled, and went running towards his screams. She saw the monster crushing her
brother and was horrified. "LET HIM GO!!!" Felina yelled angrily at the monster.
Felina pointed her naginata at the monster, started running at it.
The monster looked at her then hit her aside, causing her to go flying. As she
flew a figure appeared from the bushes, caught Felina. "Huh?!?!?!" Felina let
out as she blinked in confusion. As she looked up at the figure she smiled.
"Jishi..." Felina whispered out loud happily.
"Of course kitten I can't let that cute body of yours get beaten up." Jishi said
as he smiled down at her. He then turned his attention to the monster, and let
Felina down. Jishi noticed the monster was distracted at that thought of that he
got his sword Shishimai in his hand. He then pulled his arm back tensing every
muscle, and releasing it with great speed at the monster.
It sliced threw the monsters arm that had Isklo in it causing it to cut in half
and fall to the ground. Isklo got out of the hand and coughed, breathed for a
moment. The monster screamed in pain and held tightly to the wound, which was
gushing out blood.
Felina then ran over to Isklo, started to help him up. "Kitten! Get away from
there!!" Jishi yelled with concern in his voice, he then ran over to the two.
"Jishi help me with him." Felina said, as she worried with Isklo's arm around
her shoulder, as she tried to stand up with him.
Jishi then grabbed Isklo "Don't worry kitten I'll carry him. Lets get away from
here." Jishi smiled at Felina. They then ran over to some trees away from the
monster, Jishi put Isklo against a tree, Isklo squinted his eyes from the pain.
Felina went down next to her brother to comfort him.
While Akina continued to chase after the small creature she kept getting closer
but right when she was about to attack, it would teleport away. It stopped as it
heard the monster screaming in pain, Akina stopped also and got a good look at
the creature. It looked like a small girl but also looked like a creature, and
had dragonfly wings on her back and, long dark purple hair and black eyes, long
black fingernails.
"Who are you?" the imp girl asked. "I should be asking you the same question."
Akina replied. "Well if you must know. My name is Ambrosia. Myself and my friend
kaijuu will dispose of you and your friends." The imp replied grinning.
"Grrr.. I will kill you first!!" Akina yelled angrily at Ambrosia. Ambrosia then
gave Akina an evil looking smirk, then closed it's eyes and started to glow, and
pointed at the monster.
Akina then looked over to the monster, and noticed it started to glow the same
way as the girl. It was consumed by the glow and now glowing so brightly that
everyone had to cover their eye's to not be blinded from the glow.
They all the moved their hands, and arms as the glow dimmed. As they looked the
monster looked bigger and it's claws, teeth were longer then before, and it was
completely healed. "Dammit?" Jishi muttered angrily, as he looked at the
monster.
